Siete meses / Seven months

Me siento en deuda con Jackie, tenía pendiente este post desde el mes de abril, pero para ese entonces no tenia inspiración para escribir. Este mes cumplimos siete meses de haber llegado a esta bella ciudad. Hemos sobrevivido bien al cambio, gracias a Dios! También sé que son muchas las cosas que aún nos quedan por aprender, pero la adaptación ha sido muy buena. Estamos en invierno, el clima de Sydney es muy suave en esta temporada. Para una costeña como yo hace frío. No puedo negar que me gustan las grandes ciudades y Sydney no tardó en colocarse en mi lista. Son muchas las palabras que podría escribir para describir esta ciudad, pero ninguna le llegaría. Me quedaría corta o sobrepasaría mis expectativas. Lo que sí puedo confirmar es que las maripositas que sentía en el estomago antes de llegar aquí se escondieron…Nada que temer!!! Porqué me gusta? o Qué es lo que me gusta de Sydney? Es una incógnita que dejaré sin develar, porque…no lo sé!! Solo sé, que me gusta, me atrae, me divierte y entretiene. Algunas resumidas razones serían:

I am indebted to Jackie,this post was pending since April, but for then I had no inspiration to write. It has been seven month now, since we arrived in this beautiful city. We have survived well to change, thank God! I also know that there are many things we still have to learn, but the adjustment has been very good. We are in winter; the climate of Sydney is very smooth for this season.-Chilly for me, I must say- I cannot deny that I like big cities and Sydney was soon put on my list. It's hard to find particular words and phrases to describe this city and I may exceed my expectations. Why I love or what I love about Sydney? It's a mystery I will leave without revealing, because ... I do not know! I only know that I love it!!! Some reasons could be:

Porque la ciudad se mantiene viva vistiéndose de colores y festividades.
Because the city is kept alive by dressing in colourful and festive.

Porque los cantos de los pájaros hacen recordar lo libre que soy.
Because the birds songs make me remember that I am free.

Porque los árboles no dejan de sorprenderme con tan bellas tonalidades.
Because trees do not cease to amaze me with such beautiful colours.



Porque esta rodeada de agua y está lleno de hermosas playas. El mar es mi punto de inspiración, es ése “conmigo misma” que me da buena vibra.
Because is sorrounded of water and of its beautiful beaches and -the sea is my inspiration-


Porque aunque no me guste el café ni el chocolate, cualquier sitio es bueno para socializar.
Because although I do not like coffee or chocolate, anywhere is good for socializing.


Porque mi color favorito es el azul, y el cielo se viste de él.
Because the sky is always blue and it is my favourite colour



Porque el Puente Harbour visto desde este ángulo, me mantiene cautivada.
Because the Harbour Bridge viewed from this angle, keeps me captivated.
